📦 MAAOZ Shipping & Delivery Policy
At MAAOZ, we strive to deliver your luxury handbags safely and as quickly as possible across Pakistan. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
1. Delivery Timeline
  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Your package will be delivered to your doorstep within 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.
  • Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays, high-demand festive seasons, or severe weather conditions.
2. Shipping Charges
  • We offer Free Shipping nationwide across Pakistan on all orders above Rs. 5,000.
  • For orders below Rs. 5,000, a standard delivery fee will be applied at checkout.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Tracking
  • We provide secure Cash on Delivery (COD) so you can pay easily when you receive your parcel.
  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number/link will be sent to you via SMS or Email so you can real-time track your shipment.
4. Package Inspection
  • Please ensure the flyer/packaging is sealed upon delivery. If you notice any major damage or tearing on the outer packaging, kindly contact our customer support immediately.
